The rooms
All the rooms of Villa The SALT are directly oriented towards the sea. Each of them has its own private bathroom. You can access the jacuzzi from the terrace but also from the master bedroom.

The various outdoor spaces will welcome you, alone or with others, in the shade or in the sun, swing lounge or deckchair, the hardest part will be choosing your place!
The Villa
Location
Located in the heights of a housing estate secured by gate and video surveillance, overlooking Orient Bay. The Villa is well ventilated, which allows you to enjoy every moment of the day.
The rooms
4 air-conditioned master bedrooms with shower room, wc and dressing room, all with a breathtaking sea view and a king size bed (200x200). Two of them offer a large desk for you to work on. A 3rd is also available in the living room. The other 2 offer you a smart tv. The 4 bedrooms offer large volumes. A 5th guest toilet will be at your disposal.
Living room
A large ventilated living room of 85 m2 with very high ceilings, where you can take your meals, watch a good film or cheer on your favorite sports team on the big screen (smart tv and international channels), quietly seated in the comfortable sofas .
Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped, and will delight lovers of gastronomy or the chef who has come for you, thanks to its numerous equipment. Its scullery, also with access from the outside, will allow you to store your shopping, especially in the bottle cellar or to use the washer-dryer.

Everything is accessible on one level, and all the bedrooms are in the villa, so very safe for the whole family, regardless of the age of its occupants, including for people with reduced mobility (everything is on one level and with wide access throughout the villa).

'' Villa the SALT is even more beautiful than the photos, and it’s set up perfectly for everyone in the group to enjoy the breeze and ocean views from each of their master bedrooms. The kitchen is fabulous and extremely well appointed. It has everything you could possibly need to cook great meals, including stylish serving dishes. The neighborhood roads are a little rough, so we were glad to have a four-wheel-drive vehicle. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived. Everything worked. You can tell this rental is very well thought through and cared for. The hosts, Laure and Julie, were super kind, thoughtful and responsive. They helped us arrange grocery delivery and some wonderful activities, including an amazing massage on our deck overlooking the ocean. Everything about our stay at The SALT was wonderful, and we would definitely stay there again! "

“This place was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked kitchens I have ever had at an Airbnb. the Concierge Fred was absolutely amazing anything and everything we could’ve needed he took care of. The views are spectacular. There’s so much space everyone can spread out but at the same time the home is set up so well that there are a variety of places you can congregate to chat if that is what you desire. every room has of you it’s just lovely. I do recommend renting a car, which we did. »

"We spent 10 wonderful days at Villa The SALT. The villa had a great layout and beautiful ocean view with plenty of room for our party of 7. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. Lots of fun dishes, boards and platters for afternoon charcuterie and every type of beverage glass you could need. The villa guide provided was very thorough, we had no problem operating the appliances. Laure was a fantastic host from beginning to end, so welcoming and responsive to questions. The villa location is close to all of our favorite beaches and restaurants. The best grocery and bakery are just around the corner. Beds were so comfortable and bedding was very high end. Blackout curtains allowed us to sleep well after the early St. Martin sunrises. I highly recommend and would definitely return to Villa The SALT!"
