SALT 5, SALT 6 and SALT 7 will totally satisfy you. They are directly on the beach of Orient Bay, with access from the swimming pool of the residence. In a few steps, you will be on the sand, or in the restaurant, or you will have a cocktail in one of the beach bars, or even shopping...
The swimming pool
From the terrace of each apartment, you will have direct access to the swimming pool of the residence, just on the edge of the beach. Relaxation and pleasure will accompany you throughout your stay.
Everything is accessible within walking distance
A desire, an outing, a restaurant, a cocktail, a bit of shopping... everything is less than 5 minutes away on foot. And the beach just a few meters away!!!

Our 3 apartments are adjoining, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and air-conditioned, and face the swimming pool. SALT 5 and 6 are almost identical, however SALT 7 will offer you more interior volume (additional 20m2).

The apartments
Localisation
In the heart of Orient Bay, a prime tourist area on the French side of the island, private, secure and supervised, you can stroll in peace, day and night.
The 3 apartments are ideally located. On the 1st line, therefore directly on the beach, within walking distance (3 to 5 min maximum) of all the restaurants, bars, clothing and souvenir shops, grocery store, bakery, hairdresser, take-away food sales... Everything is possible on foot.
Housing
Each apartment is on the ground floor, completely independent, fully air-conditioned. A private parking space is available in front of the accommodation.
The disposition
They have a bedroom with a king size bed and wardrobe for your clothes, a shower room and toilet, and a living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with its snack area. You can relax on a comfortable convertible sofa, facing a large flat screen smart tv (with ROKU and Netflix).
The exterior
Private spot
A covered terrace and a deck directly overlook the garden and the swimming pool of the residence.
The patio and deck
A shaded patio will welcome you for your meals and your cocktails, and a deck decorated with deckchairs will allow you to relax for a moment to read or to intensify your tan.
Acces
A large bay window will lead you to a spacious terrace, revealing the sea, where you can take your meals, relax to the sound of the waves, installed on one of the deckchairs and enjoy the calm and green environment of the tropical garden.
The collective swimming pool
Just in front of the terrace, it is secured by an access gate and is open 24 hours a day and illuminated in the evening. You will be able to take advantage of it, day and night, either for a short swim, or to practice a little swimming because its length will allow you to do long breaststrokes.
The beach
An access gate allows you to be directly on the beach. The hardest part will be choosing between the beach and the swimming pool, because both are right there in front of you!

Cleaning
Our cleaning service is included and will be carried out every 3 / 4 days (ie in the middle and at the end of the stay for a stay of one week).

Extra BONUS
SALT 5, SALT 6 and SALT 7 are adjoining, and thus allow you to come to 2 or 3 couples, in order to be together, but each keeping your total privacy.

« We had a great stay. Beach is less than 100 feet. Pool is out the back glass doors. Great sunning deck. Clean and comfortable. Very responsive to an initial issue with AC and had us cool in no time. There are shops, cafe with French pastries and coffee drinks, small grocery (could have subsisted with it but we did drive to a larger grocery also). Again, there are restaurants in easy walking distance but if want more variety then there are several within 5-15 minute drive. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be cheerful about us as tourists or at the least to smile. Rental car got us all around the island and for us from the US, right side drive was a pleasure after being in St. Thomas with left side driving. Appreciated everything - and a bottle of Rum Punch was waiting for us chilled in the fridge!”
